We are thrilled to announce that the AttoSwitch project was presented by Prof. Elena Gnani at the esteemed 2024 NTU Advanced Semiconductor Technology Workshop, hosted by National Taiwan University (NTU) in Taipei, Taiwan, on June 11-12.

In her captivating talk, Prof. Gnani delved into emerging trends and challenges in nanoelectronics for the coming decade, with a special focus on Dirac-source transistors—groundbreaking devices that are paving the way for low-power digital applications. These transistors are set to revolutionize the future of energy-efficient electronics.

The workshop attracted a diverse and distinguished audience, including PhD students and prominent experts from both academia and industry, with notable representation from major players such as TSMC.

This event offered an invaluable platform for knowledge exchange and the forging of collaborative partnerships in the semiconductor field.

Stay tuned as the AttoSwitch project continues to lead in innovation and drive the future of nanoelectronics!
