The aim of the European Solid State Electronics Research Conference (ESSERC) is to provide an annual European forum for the presentation and discussion of recent advances in solid-state devices and circuits for both academic and industry researchers.
This year, Erica Baccichetti, from the NanoElectronic Devices and Circuits group at the University of Udine, took the stage with her presentation, "Access Region Resistance in Graphene Dirac-Source FETs: A Transfer-Matrix Based Study", a topic directly linked to the Horizon Europe project AttoSwitch.
