The Attoswitch project participates in EuroSOI-ULIS 2025 Conference!
Attoswitch participated in the EuroSOI-ULIS 2025 conference, held in May in Warsaw, Poland—an event dedicated to advances in solid-state devices, with a particular focus on Silicon-On-Insulator (SOI) technologies.
During the conference, Tommaso Ugolini, a PhD student of the University of Bologna, in collaboration with his supervisor Prof. Elena Gnani, presented the paper “Design Guidelines for Gr-MoS₂ Based DS-FETs.”. The study contributes to the ongoing development of an agile simulation framework for Dirac-source FETs, aiming to enhance the speed and sustainability of their manufacturing process.
The proceedings of EuroSOI-ULIS 2025 will be published in a forthcoming issue of Solid State Electronics (Elsevier).
