At the EuroSOI-ULIS 2024 conference, AttoSwitch took center stage, presenting groundbreaking research that pushes the boundaries of DS-FET (Dirac-source FET) design. Tommaso Ugolini, a PhD student from the University of Bologna, alongside his supervisor, Prof. Elena Gnani, presented their paper titled "Investigation on the Performance Limits of DS-FETs", offering fresh insights into the potential of these cutting-edge devices.
The conference, held from May 15-17 in Glyfada, Athens, Greece, provided a prestigious platform for discussions on solid-state devices, with a special focus on Silicon-On-Insulator (SOI) transistors. This international event brought together leading experts and emerging talents, creating a rich environment for collaboration and knowledge exchange.
The paper, along with other key contributions from the conference, will be published in the Elsevier journal Solid State Electronics later this year, marking another significant milestone for the AttoSwitch project.
Stay tuned for more exciting developments as AttoSwitch continues to make waves in the world of advanced electronics!
